Mukasey Confirmed

53-40...which means that (a) I'll bet the Donks running for President made themselves scarce and (b) that 40 Senators are so blinded by Bush hatred that they were willing to deny the United States an Attorney General during the middle of a war even though the AG, by nature of the time frame of his appointment, will be no more than a caretaker until the next Administration comes in.

Geesh!

Congratulations. I'm sure Mukasey will make a fine Attorney General. I consider him to be much of an improvement over the last one.

Hillary, Obama, Biden, and Dodd refused to take a stance. Shocking!

…will be no more than a caretaker until the next Administration comes in. By Mark Noonan at 05:22 AM

True, given President Bush’s penchant for appointing incompetents such Nancy Nord head of the Consumer Product Protection Agency there is a good chance he gives a recess appointment to the culture of corruption leader himself Tom Delay.

The culture of corruption is actually Ronnie Early the Travis county DA. Delay has been declared guilty ad naseum by the liberal press, but he in innocent. Case 1 has been thrown out, and the 2nd will be a win for Delay.

And how can you forget Janet Reno, and the 2 William Jeffersons, both still free and never even jailed?

And the culture of corruption leader award goes to Hillary, running for POTUS!
