Matt: Scary.

I guess that would put you firmly in what Politico describes as the "chicken little" category.

Yeah, let's not ever have a "fair" tax or anything that would take even a slim dime away from corporations that make record profits while slashing health care and retirement benefits.

But really who exactly is going to pay the now estimated cost of $1 trillion for the "Commander Guy's" little Iraq adventure.

Perhaps we should totally defund the S-CHIP program while we are at it. Afterall, as it stands private industry is doing such a "mission accomplished" type of job providing health care to people.

What truly amazes me, and I have to give credit for Republicans on this, is how you folks get the middle class and poor to march in favor pf preserving the upper class's ill begotten wealth.

Liberal Mind...

I have to give you credit on how you guys have made the bogeyman of class warfare into an art form to keep poor people poor and voting democrat, and how you want to consistently slay the geese that lay the golden eggs, thinking that it will somehow help to make the economy better and to create jobs.

You think that by "sticking it" to corporations, and taking them down a peg, you're "sticking it" to da man!

I got news for you, LM--when you stick it to corporations, you stick it to shareholders. You stick it to the middle class who count on stock prices to help fund their retirement in their 401Ks. You stick it to the general economy-- less profits, less money to spend, less money in the economy, less demand for products= fewer jobs.
It's plain to see that you can't see beyond your hatred for capitalism so as to realize the costs of the revenge that you seek as you and yours mete out your twisted version of "social justice," all the while cutting off your collective nose to spite your collective face.

Socialists. Can't. Link.
