Thank The GOP!

It seems that lately we are more apt to criticize the GOP for not doing things the way we'd like... Now we have something we ought to thank them for. Show your thanks to the GOP for supporting President Bush's nomination of Samuel Alito, and helping to make his confirmation possible.

Send them a donation ending in $.58... $10.58, $20.58, $50.58, $100.58, etc. etc.

Remember, tonight when you prepare to watch the State of the Union, Samuel Alito will be walking into the chamber with Justices Scalia, Thomas, and Roberts... Without President Bush and a Republican majority, this wouldn't be possible.

Show your appreciation by sending the GOP a donation ending in $.58... $10.58, $20.58, $50.58, $100.58, etc. etc.

UPDATE: Lorie Byrd also suggests the same...

Yes, thank the GOP, but also Praise God! Oh, and work hard to unseat the traitor Lincoln Chafee.

A hardy congrats to all that toiled to create this grand success.
Now:
How about $58.42 or $58.00 to the GOP and 0.42 to the Dems. The latter would cost more to process than it is worth.

Hurray! for multinational corporations and unquestioned presidential authority and hurray! for imposing a theocracy and our religious views on others....

Muirgeo, from what chapter and verse are you quoting that jaded line from the Communist Manifesto?

Frawg,

Judging by the pittance Kerry donates from his fortune every year to charitable causes, you and he share the same sentiment...

"I think I'll keep my money thank you."

Roll on GOP Roll on!
