It is always interesting to see where the "other parties" suggest folks vote. Mainly because many of them are actually telling their members to vote for certain parties because they're "the lesser evil" or "the next best thing." So knowing how they want folks to vote is as telling as the main parties' stances on the issues.

Ok France as we all know is still having Riots in The Banlieus and yes they are mainly being carried out by people of North African and Arab descent. A survey thing reported in The BBC (it wil be on teh website i think if u wanna look) that tehy want jobs, less harrasment from police etc. The Banlieus are like ghettos for immigrants etc, it will never be solved unless tehy are given help to cut unemployment ( can't rememeber the figur, it was ridiculously high for these area, again on BBC), improve housing etc. France also passed one of the most provocative laws to Fundamentalists - The ban on any religious symbols, including headscarfs etc.
Germany I am not that sure about although my boyfriend is Germany's equivalent of like Riot policeman, organised crime etc. not sure exactley coz he does loads of different stuff. But anyway he hasn't said anything about rising Islamisists he has mentioned Neo-nazis and anti - neo nazis and that is it, am sure he tell me if there was a rise in that kind of threat. Also the German Gov condemned teh self-censorship of an Opera show which was gona show dead religious peoples heads like Jesus, Mohammad and co. The censorship was condemned by leading Muslim groups as well. In the end I think the opera is doing the show with the heads for a night or something.

Hopefully calming down now, 5 years ago there was massive riots but think that has been avoided now.
Obviously can't speak for other countries but I am pretty sure teh people of Britain would not allow what they believe in and their way of life to be destroyed.
