Kerry Still Is A Sore Loser

A real man can lose with dignity... and then there's people like John Kerry, who can't lose with dignity and thus is not a real man.

Sen. John Kerry didn't contest the results at the time, but now that he's considering another run for the White House, he's alleging election improprieties by the Ohio Republican who oversaw the deciding vote in 2004.

An e-mail will be sent to 100,000 Democratic donors Tuesday asking them to support U.S. Rep. Ted Strickland for governor of Ohio. The bulk of the e-mail criticizes Strickland's opponent, GOP Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, for his dual role in 2004 as President Bush's honorary Ohio campaign co-chairman and the state's top election official.

"He used the power of his state office to try to intimidate Ohioans and suppress the Democratic vote," said Kerry's e-mail.

Kerry, D-Mass., conceded the election when he lost Ohio and its 20 electoral votes. A recount requested by minor-party candidates showed Bush won by about 118,000 votes out of 5.5 million cast. But Kerry's e-mail says Blackwell "used his office to abuse our democracy and threaten basic voting rights."

Make no mistake about it, John Kerry lost the election, but he's trying to tell Democrats on his mailing that he should have won. Despite Bush's margin of victory that was outside the margin of fraud (and let's be honest here, there were plenty of allegations of Democrat voter fraud in both the 2000 and 2004 elections that our left wing friends conveniently ignore.

I am not going to rehash things that have been stated and restated and restated again about Ohio 2004 or even Florida 2000. I won't get into all the Democrat voter fraud in a Wisconsin 2004, a state Kerry just barely won, that has gone virtually ignored.

Still it's really sad that this is what Democrats have reduced themselves to in politics... Does Kerry really believe that Ohio was stolen from him? Of course not, otherwise he would have contested the election... but that doesn't stop him from rehashing those ridiculous allegations as means of enraging activists to get them to vote or donate money.

They can't run on the issues, so they use deliberately divisive lies to get voters... Sad.

John Kerry is pathetic.. even friends of mine who are democrats realize he's just a sore loser.

Posted by: KCJ at August 29, 2006 11:47 AM

And yet, the only convictions in Ohio were of DEMOCRATS who slashed the tires of Republican get-out-the-vote vehicles.

Posted by: Kahn [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 29, 2006 11:57 AM

Kerry's time has come and gone. If the U.S. wants to restore its' good name in the international community, it would be wise to support someone of substance and integrity.

Feingold looks like a good bet.

Kerry is a loser period!

Posted by: semby at August 29, 2006 12:50 PM

Thanks Canadian...we hope to "restore our good name...."....what a crock.

Yes, we can all be like Canada. Of course when the crap hits the fan the world sure is calling on Canada to bail them out....good Lord!

Posted by: Warriornation [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 29, 2006 03:00 PM

For Canadian Observer: Kerry's "time" went---in Vietnam. What I can't understand is why he has never been charged for the war crimes he admitted (before Congress, yet!) commiting?

Posted by: Elin Lee at August 29, 2006 03:05 PM

Actually Kahn, that was Wisconsin were the tire slashing went on.

Of course the irony there is that Kerry won Wisconsin by only 10000 votes yet you don't hear a peep about any irregularities there despite Democrats being convicted there. Yet in Ohio, where he lost by more than 120,000 votes, he claims something fishy.

These people on the left, at least some of them, are absolutely pathetic.

Yes, it's true, Canada has gone on numerous peace-keeping missions. And right now our brave men & women are serving in Afghanistan.

So, warriornation, tell me this, did Iraq call on the U.S. to bail them out? How did the Iraqi invasion & occupation start? If I'm not mistaken, there was no invitation issued.

*Sighs*

Yet when we want to do election reforms to help prevent voter fraud they fight us at every turn! Can't have the dead voting or people voting for someone else. No no no!

Sheesh...

Posted by: Gozer [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 29, 2006 03:30 PM

CO,

Just one question for you... On these "Peace Keeping Missions", how do Canadian Forces get to their duty station? By this I mean, how did the Canadian "Forces" get to Afghanistan for example?

I'll give you two hints 1) Canada does not possess the means to get her own troops to where they are needed and 2) The planes carrying the Canadians had a US Markings.

What a laugh that you boast about your peace keeping efforts when without US help your troops couldn't even get there in the first place.

Give it a rest already.

Hey, wait a minute--I thought we were the divisive ones. No fair!

Feingold, CO? Bwahahahahahaha! He's a bigger kook than Kerry, Kennedy, Piglosi, and Murtha combined. You need another shot, son--head on over to the shootin' gallery.

Warriornation -
I stand corrected.

Tried to post earlier - but as usual it was lost. My stuff makes it through about half the time.

We will always have sore losers not only in politics but life in general. When we don't get what we want and that becomes our end-all and be-all of our existence, well, sour grapes can easily abound...If Senator Kerry runs again, I hope he will find substantive material to run on and not a cry-baby platform. With issues of substance, the Republicans will win hands-down! :)

Canadian...I know this, many Iraqis are asking the USA to stay right now. Poll after poll of Iraqis has shown this. They don't want us to go until things settle down.

I'm glad Canada has gone on some peacekeeping missions...they will never be the first called or the most dominant presence but at least they go. In the meantime, look at Life Magazine and Time Magazine from 1945..even then Europeans were bitching about Americans after we just got done saving their asses.

So quite frankly the world can take their opinion and shove it where the sun don't shine. We have done more good for this planet than any nation in history and a simple F'ing thank you might be in order at least once!

Posted by: Warriornation [TypeKey Profile Page] at August 30, 2006 01:26 AM

Warriornation

Yes, I agree that the U.S. has done some good at various times, but at this time in history, however, the your record leaves a lot to be desired.

The most affluent countries (I include Canada here) are using & abusing the planet's resources at an alarming rate. The greed we exhibit is truly shameful.

It is exactly your attitude of telling the world to stuff their opinions as you say 'where the sun don't shine' that promotes the contempt you are receiving for American policies and its' complete arrogrance toward the other inhabitants of this earth.

I don't know what it is going to take to show the U.S. that weapons and military might does not make an American citizen any better than any other citizen of the world, regardless of what Mark Noonan says. An American life is not worth 1000 times that of any other.

C.O.

The United States has the highest worker productivity and most energy and resource efficient manufacturing base in the world. Do we use the most resources? Yes. But to produce the same output in other countries would cost more in energy and resources. Get it?

After World War Two, the United States produced more than half of the worlds gross output. We had SEVENTY aircraft carriers. Most of the shipping tonnage. A submarine force that did what the German u-boats hadn't (won). And atomic weapons. What other nation wouldn't have just taken over the world? Instead, we set up the UN. Rebuilt Europe and Japan. And tried, from our perch on the North American continent to set up democracy around the world.

Too bad the USSR and China picked that time to try and spread their influence. Thing is, they are still there. And, they are still keeping us from spreading our vision. You, in Canada can aford I guess to stand aside and watch the great nations struggle for how the world will be. We in America have decided to stand up and step forward and see if we can make the world a better place.

So, excuse us if we ignore you as you bite at our ankles.

Once AGAIN, I see you infer American's have an "arrogance" that the rest of the world doesn't like? TOO F'ing BAD....HOW'S THAT FOR ARROGANCE?

You like to take swipes at us, whenever and wherever you can-just like the whiner that you always ARE. Your country is one of dubious leaders, who haven't always done the best by the people it represents, yet you tout Canada, as if it were the "Almighty"....Get over yourself, will you-your country IS NOT. You have no responsible
immigrant laws that protect anyone, as you will let ANYONE INTO YOUR COUNTRY-ON PURPOSE-Because you are liberal, and want to be "loved by all"...
Well, guess what? When they start blowing up your
buildings(as they did in France with the latest rioting) what then? Will you "blame the big, bad,
United States? Sure you will, cause you will not
EVER admit, that you idiots can't find your own asses in the dark. If you were ever to get invaded big time, who would your whiny country look to to protect them.....could it be the big, bad, United States? Yeah, we ALL know the answer to that one. So do us a big favor won't you? If you come here to post, don't insult our posters,
our Country(that has saved Millions of people in the world of past-unlike you) with your "Jealous
Rants", because that's all it is. You have a very
jealous population towards the U.S., and I should know, as I deal with them through business, so do
not talk with your superior attitude, as if you ARE looking down on our citizens-yours' are taken care of by gov't, from sperm to worm, and they don't show much independence for themselves. Get over your jealousy man, cause it's like a CANCER,
it 'EATS YOU ALIVE', and that is what I detect in each and every post you write....PURE JEALOUSY!

Posted by: Jo at August 30, 2006 08:02 PM

Jo

Take a deep breath and calm down. I am sorry if I have hurt your feelings, truly; but you must be aware, if you have any contact with the outside world at all, that I am not unique in my opinion of the failed policies of the USA under GW Bush.

There is no doubt that the American government at certain times in the past has shown itself to be helpful to other nations. Unfortunately, due to the terrible events of 9-11, your country voted to keep in power a leader & government that is totally inept and has done great harm not only to the citizens of your country but to citizens of other nations as well.

So no, Jo, what you detect in each and every post I write is not pure jealousy but more like heartache for the trouble America finds itself in today. Hopefully, there will be a brighter future for us all when Bush & his administration is no more.
