Murtha Must Go

I Agree! Murtha Must Go is a brand new blog being produced by the mother of an American soldier stationed in Iraq. I would expect folks like Mother Sheehan and the Kos Kiddies to support her 100%, as one cannot argue with an American mother with her youngster serving in Iraq.

I have family on my wife's side in Murtha's district, they just moved there since the last election. Three more votes for Diana Irey

UPDATE: Congratulations to the Carolina Hurricanes, who didn't cut and run after their game 6 defeat. They stayed the course and prevailed. Good thing Murtha wasn't the coach.

Thanks so much for the link!

just a minor correction--I'm a dad of a deployed Iraqi Freedom Soldier..

But nothing would give me more pleasure than to have Murtha's "fat backside" handed to him in the November elections.

*Chuckles*

Well I hope you have success there Psycmeistr. Seems bloggers are becoming a "power" in the political arena.

Nice comparison of sports to dead American soldiers. But it's all a game to those who have not actually served themselves, now isn't it.

Besides, Iraq is going so well according to THIS BAGDHAD EMBASSY REPORT that it's just a matter of days before we score a touchdown and reign victorious in the Middle East. Spike that ball!

Oohhh, Server Error blue screen of death again. Amateur hour on those internets. Come on, Matt. Randi Rhodes' blog handles many times the traffic that yours does and never breaks a sweat. Bust your host. You're getting hosed. I hope you get a refund from your host.

congressive,

I served in the US military for 27 years. Four of them in the USMC. As a former Marine, I can say that Representative Murtha is a disgrace to the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. He obviously has forgotten the motto of the Marines: "Always Faithful". His plan to "cut and run" is not what made the US Marines the most fearsome fighting force in the history of warfare.

We conservatives do not think the War on Terror is a game. It is the liberals who are the ones keeping score. How many US service member's deaths. How many bombings each day. They the ones who want the final whistle to blow, not the conservatives. We want to stay until the job is done.

Psycmeistr: Please let your son know we are praying for his safe return home and that we truly appreciate his service to his country!! (insert daughter/her if applicable :-)

Congressive: Are you related to Chicken Little? The Earth is not going to end because of some server problems! Geez! When you get the blue screen, just hit the refresh button. Works for me.

I think people actually have to read the blogs for them to become a power, and since like 10 people read this one, I wouldn't be hoping about your reach quite yet.

So conservatives don't want this to end? There's a startling admission.

Here's a good video from a soldier taking on "we don't need no steenking jury" Murtha:

"We want to stay until the job is done."

News flash: The job IS done!

WMDs are taken care of.
Saddam is gone.
They've had their elections.
The insurgency is in its "last throes."

What else is there?

Thanks for the link Kimberly! That was awesome!

Why should Murtha be the sacrificial lamb for pointing out that your emperor's not wearing any clothes? If it wasn't for him, we'd still be listening to Dick Cheney announcing that the insurgency is in its last throes. Leave it to the wingnuts to want to silence the only voice in Washington that will admit a military victory is no longer a possibility thanks to Rummy's superior war strategy of march into Bagdhad, remove Saddam, secure the oil fields, disband the Iraqi army and police force, and wait for the grateful Iraqis to throw flowers at the feet of their liberators.
