Good 'ole CNN and another one of its "mistakes".

They're such a joke.

Posted by: Art Patscheck at May 15, 2006 10:00 PM

I have to say that I am very fond of that deer in the headlights look he gets after the rehersal speech

Posted by: axis [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 15, 2006 10:06 PM

This was no screw-up. It was just another leftist effort to embarass the President.

Posted by: phnxbmed at May 15, 2006 10:11 PM

Clinton News Network goof? Isn't that redundant?

Posted by: Warriornation [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 15, 2006 10:14 PM

...and they ran an instant poll showing that nearly 70% of the viewers liked Bush's proposal.

CNN has become such a joke, including Lou Dobbs who had the number one business program for years. Its a joke to keep saying, "its not enough" or "it won't work." Also, David Gergen, the king of rhinos, says "We need bold proposals." Stop speaking in cliches, and tell us what are your proposals, rhino man.

I'm no fan of CNN... actually I hate it...

but I don't think it was on purpose. I don't know the guy on the air's last name, but Jeff something-span or like that, he looked confused too.

However, it was pretty funny.

Posted by: wawilliyo [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 15, 2006 10:29 PM

Another biased, left-wing, MSM conspiracy!!!

At least Georgie Boy wasn't caught giving the camera the finger again.

Posted by: maf53 [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 15, 2006 10:33 PM

Ah yes' those sickly maggot whores at CNN,discusting little creatures i do say.

Posted by: Jeremiah [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 15, 2006 11:21 PM

How can anyone give the benefit of the doubt to CNN's claim of 'error' in light of their record of never-ending anti-administration bias (remember their transmitting a giant 'X' over our Vice President's face six months ago?). By their actions they forfeit any presumption other than their act was an intentional cheap shot aimed at embarrasing the President. Shame!

Posted by: Won [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 15, 2006 11:25 PM

did they ever do any "errors" like that when Clinton was in office

even in 8 years? I don't think so.

CNN is not ever invited back into our home ever again, haven't been for at least 4 years. You just don't invite guest who will come in and crap on your couch, blame it on the dog.

paranoia mn the bushie side, heh. So fun to watch!

Posted by: Ash [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 15, 2006 11:47 PM

Bash, you're such a weenie!!!Anytime the shoe is on the other foot, you are screaming bloody blue blazes..grow up!!!

Posted by: Xango Annie at May 16, 2006 12:47 AM

once again...is ANYONE suprised?????

Posted by: John at May 16, 2006 12:58 AM

It is common knowledge that within the broadcast industry, there is a standard 7-second delay in place. Therefore, there is NO WAY that CNN simply "jumped the gun" on this issue. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing and did it on purpose. And don't tell me that the production people behind the scenes didn't understand what was actually occurring. The American people aren't as dumb as they'd like to believe. We can see a bald-faced attempt at undermining the President's credibility when we witness it firsthand...

On the bright side, their viewing audience continues to spiral downward, and is mostly comprised of partisans on their side of the aisle, so in a sense, it was providing "red meat" to their party faithful. To the rest of the sane world, it was just more proof that they'll stoop to any depth to embarrass and humiliate the President as they see fit (which means at every turn)...

I swear you Shrub-backers are getting more paranoid everyday. CNN made a mistake and accidently jumped the gun. SO WHAT? It happens.

Chill out.

Posted by: teenage liberal [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 16, 2006 02:15 AM

Paranoid MY FREAKING FANNY. Communist News Network knew exactly what they were doing, and hardly jumped the gun.

Given CNN's record, I highly doubt this was "an honsest mistake"

"did they ever do any "errors" like that when Clinton was in office"

He never felt the need to "rehearse" his speech two minutes before air time.

Oh, and he gave more than 1 press conference a year. practice makes perfect!

Posted by: dav [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 16, 2006 09:55 AM

What did happen to the 7 second delay? Can any of you libs answer that?

Posted by: Rich at May 16, 2006 01:38 PM

"He never felt the need to "rehearse" his speech two minutes before air time."

how do you know? They never showed it.

Posted by: paul at May 16, 2006 03:33 PM

Ash and Teenage, when you call us "paranoid" when we are irritated with CNN et al and their liberal bias, you look stupid and your credibility takes a nose dive. You don't know the difference between the two, it seems, or your just trying to irk us. Either way you look stupid. Think before you post, it will make your posts worth the reading, maybe. (dav, that goes for you too.)

Posted by: Keep to the Right at May 16, 2006 04:04 PM

CNN liberal bias? Yuck, yuck, yuck. You guys are such jokesters. Would you call Wolfie a progressive liberal? Geez, I would.

Here's the skinny...you guys are pissed because he looked like an idiot AGAIN. Period.

Did you miss the part, AGAIN.

Hey man, it's all a left wing conspiracy to make him look like an idiot.

But, wait a second, over and over and over and over? Just listen to the statements he actually makes.

The MSM or CNN or MSNBC or anything, anytime, anywhere can't keep making these "mistakes". Maybe, just maybe he really is just as portrayed.

Maroons.

Posted by: raker13 at May 16, 2006 07:19 PM

keep to the right,
I'm calling you guys paranoid becasue you get pissy over any damn thing that doesn't show the Shrub, his minions, or his corrupt, greedy Republican Party in a positive light! Honestly, smoke a bong and get high if your going to be this paranoid all the time!

Sheesh...........................................

Posted by: teenage liberal [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 16, 2006 07:20 PM

Why are your right wingers upset? After all, Bush is the Republican "Cream of the Crop" , they best of the best that they had to offer in 2000.

If you are upset and embarrassed at your president that that says a lot doesn't it?

Posted by: axis [TypeKey Profile Page] at May 17, 2006 03:23 AM

Teenage, I am not getting "pissy", I am just trying to tell you that using the wrong word to describe us makes you look stupid. Your over reacting. Chill out. If your going to call us paranoid you need to understand what it means and how to identify it. BTW I don't do drugs, I don't drink and I don't smoke. If you want us to listen to your point of view, don't post immature childish crap like you just did. We will most likely ignore you because your acting so immature, and your communication skills are seriously lacking. If you don’t understand what I am saying to you I am going to ignore you because I will be wasting my time. I feel like I have wasted too much time with you allready.
