Plame To Attend White House Correspondents Dinner

Editor & Publisher blows her cover:

Will Valerie Plame be the talk of this year's White House Correspondents Dinner? E&P has confirmed that she is slated to attend this year's gala, along with her husband Joseph Wilson and several other notable non-journalist guests, such as Alex Trebek and Ben Rothlisberger, according to organizers.
[...]
She and Wilson will be guests of ABC News.

It's not surprising that a far left network like ABC would drag those two dolts with them.

Ho hum, another one of those "gotcha" schemes that passes for political journalism these days. Nothing newsworthy can come of this.

ABC is communist? Ha ha, good joke! Communism is most murderous regime? How about Republikans being the most murderous regime on the planet. Did you forget Vietnam, the Civil War, the Iraq War, Korean War, etc. on and on, all the civilians killed?

spare me a dime you cold hearts.

"a far left network like ABC

What does this mean? Do you have any facts other than your prejudices?

Start Vietnam; Kennedy(D), Johnson(D) and McNamera(D).
End Vietnam; Nixon (R)
Civil War; democrats opposing anti-slavery republicans (that's where the Republican Party got it's start)
Start Korean War; Truman(D)
Truce in Korea; Eisenhower(R)
Iraq; freed how many millions?

Ash . . . if you're really interested, you tell me why they're not and I'll rebut each of your points.

Cheers.

rplat,
I shudder at the thought, but I feel I must point out that Ash needn't try to prove a negative. Anyone here can point out hundreds of examples of ABC’s bias, starting with the invitation Plame and Wilson got to the White House for a Correspondents Dinner as neither is a correspondent in any sense of the word; this speaks volumes about ABC’s agenda.
But, to the point, why not give Ash a few (dozen) more examples of ABC’s bias?

One of the traits I admire in President Bush, is his ability to be kind and gracious towards all people. It doesn't matter what lies and hateful things are said about him and his administration. His critics are always welcome at the whitehouse and will be treated kindly. Does anybody else notice this?

Always do right, that will gratify some and astonish the others.

dl,
Who he is in the White House is who he is all the time; he is a decent man.

Somehow this reminds me of Michael Moore being at the Democrat convention. It took them years to even begin to think that maybe it wasn't such a clever thing to do.
If anything, Wilson is even more dangerous to ABC's "credibility" than Moore was to the Dems'. He's liable to say anything, anything at all that makes him feel important.
