The timeframe for this study was 1997-2002. Thats three years of Clinton and two years of Bush.

Isn't this then proof that the CLINTON economy was good for minorities?

Now, if they'd wake up and start voting for the folks who actually support them succeeding in life, we'd be a permanent majority.

President Bush has done more for minorities, especially the african american community than almost any other president, alot more than president clinton. The dems can continue to do their best to keep minorities, especially african americans in a state of victimhood, thereby condemming them to be victims. President Bush will continue to improve the lives of minorities in a real way.

between this study and other more recent evidence that the Bush economy has been good for minorities (i.e. record homeownership) how can any liberal claim that Bush has slighted minorities or the poor?

if the bush economy was so bad, the bush years of that study ('01 - '02) would have shown negative numbers for minority businesses. I would bet anything that more recent data will show black owned businesses are growing even faster now.
