Yesterday when Bush spoke to comment on the Senate compromise on immigration legislation, he mistakenly said "energy" not "immigration." Big deal, right? Well, maybe to most people, but The Associated Press felt this was a story.
Who hasn't mistakenly used the wrong word before? I certainly have... more than I'd like to admit... I certainly will concur that more often than not, Bush is not the greatest speaker, but this is a rather trivial thing that the AP decided to make into a story.
And we're supposed to believe they don't have an agenda?

Mis-spoke? That's it, impeachment.
The scary part is that some lib might even call for impeachment hearings over a slip-up.

He[The President] messed up one word and it gets it's own article? They seemed to focus more on the mess-up rather then the President's overall message.
One would think the news agencies would have something better to do...
Guess I was wrong.
